Governing Law and Jurisdiction

 In respect of any disputes regarding the terms of this Privacy Policy, the same shall be referred to a Sole Arbitrator in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The language of arbitration shall be in English. The place of Arbitration shall be Udupi, Karnataka. The decision of the Arbitrator shall be final and binding on both the disputing parties.
